As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, Zeed Baz may request a national ID, passport, or other identity documents at any time. Identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.

3 Deposit Policy

Deposits on Zeed Baz can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though payment gateway delays may occasionally extend this to up to 30 minutes.

• Deposits via third-party payment methods are not accepted.
• Deposited funds must be used in accordance with Zeed Baz's Terms and Conditions.
• Zeed Baz reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawing winnings from Zeed Baz. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. During peak banking hours, processing may take slightly longer.

The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300. Withdrawals are not permitted while an active bonus is in progress until wagering is complete. Zeed Baz requires that deposits and withdrawals be made using the same payment method.

• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 200,000.
• Withdrawal limits for VIP members are governed by separate rules.
• Zeed Baz will not be held responsible for withdrawals sent to an incorrect account number.
• The maximum withdrawable amount from any free bonus is BDT 5,000.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All Zeed Baz bonus offers – including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins – are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, typically between 15x and 30x.
• Only a specific portion of bets placed with bonus funds counts toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses must generally be used within a specified validity period; any unused bonus will expire after that period.
• It is not possible to have more than one active bonus at the same time.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit system vulnerabilities will result in account closure.

6 Betting Rules

Each game and betting event on Zeed Baz has its own rules. Separate rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and fish games. Please read the relevant rules before starting any game.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets with uncertain outcomes due to a technical error will be considered void.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Betting on both sides of the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• Zeed Baz reserves the right to void any bet placed based on incorrect odds or erroneous information.
• Maximum payout limits are set individually for each game or event.

7 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the Zeed Baz platform. Violations of these rules will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

• The use of any cheat codes or hacking tools is strictly prohibited.
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other members is prohibited.
• Submitting fake identification or forged documents is a serious offence.
• Using fraudulent payment methods will result in account closure and legal action.
• Using the Zeed Baz name or logo without permission is prohibited.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Zeed Baz reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently close any account – particularly in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, or legal obligations.

• Members are generally notified by email before an account is closed, though serious violations may result in immediate closure without prior notice.
• Balances in accounts closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited.
• Members may also submit a request to close their own account.
• Contact our support team for assistance with reactivating a closed account.

9 Responsible Gaming

Zeed Baz believes in responsible gaming. Gaming is for entertainment – not addiction. The mental well-being and financial safety of our members are our top priorities.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own account.
• Self-exclusion (temporary account suspension) is available upon request.
